The attractive living room is wonderfully bright and through the glass front over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise every season. By opening the garden doors you connect the living room with the terrace. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with atmospheric gas fireplace and flat screen TV. A large dining table invites to cozy dining. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens.
The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern high-quality appliances, such as a fridge, combination microwave oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, all with two single beds, two bedrooms are equipped with screens and two bedrooms are equipped with TV. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and is equipped with a bath (it is possible to take a shower in the bath), toilet, bathroom furniture and a infra-red sauna. A separate guest toilet is located in the hall.
The enlarged terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture including two sun beds. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying an extensive lunch.
