GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR STAY

Is linen included in my booking or do I need to bring my own sheets and towels?

We have already made the beds for you. There are also luxury bath towels for you in the bathrooms (2 bath towels per person). When staying in a wellness villa, you can book luxury bathrobes for your stay. In the kitchen you will find a kitchen towel and a tea towel, do you need extra linen or towels? If so, you can, of course, book it at our office. There is also a washer and dryer in the villa, so you have the opportunity to wash linen and towels.

Can I do the final cleaning myself?

No, the final cleaning is mandatory. This way we can guarantee quality and hygiene.

What children's items are there?

In each villa is a cot (incl. mattress) and high chair. These can be used free of charge and can be found in the storage room. The linen for the baby bed must be brought with you. You can book other children's items, such as a baby box.

How many people are allowed in the villa?

In the description of the villa is indicated, for how many people the villa is suitable. The maximum number of persons is equal to the number of beds in the house. For security reasons, more persons are not allowed. It is not possible to place an extra bed.

Are overnight visitors allowed?

Overnight visitors are welcome, provided that the maximum number of people for that particular villa is not exceeded. Overnight visitors must be registered with us. For these visitors we have to charge municipal taxes.

Are pets allowed?

In the villas, where pets are allowed, a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. More pets are only allowed if agreed in writing with our staff.
 

Is internet available?

All villas have free internet.
