Yes, a booking is confirmed immediately. However, you may cancel free of charge within 24 hours. Need a little more time to decide? With an option, we’ll hold the accommodation for you for up to 5 days, with no obligations.

The price includes the following services:

- Final cleaning
- Made-up beds
- High-quality towels

The first payment (50% of the total amount) must be paid within 14 days of the booking date. The remaining balance (50% of the total amount) must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

The standard arrival and departure days are Monday and Friday. During holidays, we offer arrangements with different arrival and departure days.

During peak season, reservations can only be made on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure on Friday.

Pets are allowed in several villas. The number of pets allowed—one or two—may vary by villa.

There is a surcharge of €8.50 per pet, per day, for bringing your pet.

Please note that:

- Your pets must not lie on furniture or beds
- Your pet must be kept on a leash outside the garden
- Other guests must not be disturbed by noise

There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy with children in the area around your vacation villa.

We highly recommend Deltapark Neeltje Jans. It’s not only a lot of fun, but also educational. Meet the sea lions; learn more about the Delta Works; and enjoy some water fun at the water playground.
