Personal Training at Bootcamperland stands for a customized workout. By filling out the goal in advance, the trainer will take into account the wishes and needs of the athlete. No lesson is the same.
During the lesson, use can be made of (your own) body weight, kettlebells, dumbells, sandbags, TRX-es, battleropes, etc. There is also a possibility of 'pad training' with boxing gloves and pads. Depending on the goal and wishes of the athlete, a choice will be made.
These PT lessons are taught by a certified sports instructor of the Royal Netherlands Army, who has worked with the Air Mobile Brigade and the Royal Netherlands Army Command Corps. The lessons are given in the villa, in the garden of the villa or in the surroundings (the instructor will be waiting for you at the reception of Z'ANDvillas)
