GOLD | MORE RENTALS THAN OWN USE

You use the house yourself for a number of weeks a year, but you mainly want to rent it out.

Rental package Gold offers you as an owner many advantages.  You can indicate which period you want to use the villa yourself.  However, the villa must be available for rent for at least 16 weeks in the period April to October, of which 6 weeks in July or August.  You will receive a discount on the management fee.  We will gladly inform you about the tax advantages and possibilities.

SILVER |  RENTAL FROM 8 WEEKS A YEAR

You mainly use your own house, but you want to rent it out a few weeks a year.

Package silver offers you the possibility to let the house for a period of 8 weeks in high season for rent by Z´and villas. This package can be supplemented with the Bronze Management Package or other options such as surveillance and alarm monitoring.

BRONZE | IN GOOD HANDS SERVICE

Even if you don't rent out your property, you can still have it fully managed. We act as a fixed point of contact and are your local representative.

• Weekly checks for burglary, leakage, damage and more.
• Extra control in extreme weather conditions.
• Hotel and household services, crockery service in the event of (internet) breakdowns, minor maintenance.
• On request, the heating can be switched on.
• In addition, we can provide surveillance and alarm response for you.
